Flight Cleveland's 5th Annual Clambake featuring Patron Saint

We are so excited to have our friend Chef David Kocab popping up for our FIFTH annual Clambake at Flight Cleveland. This year we're bringing the Patron Saint vibes with a coastal Italian-inspired menu.

Each ticket includes the following:
Antipasti Amuse Bouche
One Dozen Clams with Aqua Pazza ("crazy water" aka herbed tomato broth)
Chicken + Sun-Dried Tomato Meatballs
White Bean Salad with Caramelized Lemon
Corn Salad with Fresh Mozzarella
Leavened Focaccia* (gf bread available)

Additional Enhancements Available:
Marinated Mackerel
Butter Poached + Grilled Lobster Tail
"Make it a Pasta" the aqua pazza broth turned into a decadent sauce and tossed with pasta

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED and we're offering two timeframes for the experience: 2pm-4:30pm or 5:30pm-8pm. In order to keep things running smoothly for everyone, we ask that you please arrive during your selected timeframe!

Gluten-free bread is available in place of the focaccia and the rest of the menu is gluten-free and nut-free. Due to the nature of the menu and pop-up, we are unfortunately unable to make any additional substitutions or accommodate other dietary restrictions.

And of course we will have wine pairing suggestions! The wine, beer and booze sold separately at Flight Cleveland.
