WHAT IS FLIGHT CLUB?
Flight Club is your neighborhood wine club! Members choose to receive 3, 6 or 12 bottles curated by Flight every 3 months, along with a host of optional Member events, exclusives and discounts throughout the year.
HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP WORK?
Once you join Flight Club you will receive wines quarterly in January, April, July and October. We curate awesome wines, and email you prior to the wine release weeks with all the details. As a member, you’ll place a credit card on file and we charge your card once just before the wine release week!
DO YOU HAVE GIFT MEMBERSHIPS?
We sure do! Our Flight Club Gift Memberships are a great gift! The Membership packages mirror our regular Flight Club package offerings, except you can add a time frame to them. Call or email us to learn more about giving the gift of Flight Club!
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The prices will depend on the package selected, ranging from $68 per quarter to $255 per quarter, before sales tax.
PAYMENT
Your credit card will be on file with us, and we will notify you when your wines are ready and charges are applied. You can sign up for your Membership on our website or in person with paper form. If you need to update your credit card information at anytime, please let us know. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pre-payment for multiple Flight Club boxes throughout the year at this time.
CAN YOU CHOOSE YOUR WINES?
We take care of that for you! Flight Club is a “dealer’s choice” wine subscription, so we select a mixture of whites, reds, rosés and sparkling wines for each wine release. Who knows, maybe a dessert wine might pop in from time to time as well! We don’t take special requests for Flight Club, but can certainly work with customers on special orders outside of the Club program.
WANT MORE OF YOUR FLIGHT CLUB WINES?
We are thrilled if you find a bottle that you need more of, it’s our goal to share new wines with all of you and hopefully find you some new favorites. To re-order any of the wines in your current or past wine releases, either email us or use the re-order form on our Members Only page on our website. Please note that re-orders are subject to availability and the current pricing when at the time of the re-order.
WILL MY BOX COME WITH INFORMATION?
Yes! Our team not only tastes all the wines during the selection process (hard work, we know!), but we also research and write notes for you to take home. We will include information on all the wines so you can be your best Wine Nerd self and learn stuff! Your notes will also be made available digitally on the Flight Club Members Only page on our website.
INCREASING OR DECREASING YOUR BOTTLES?
It’s easy to make changes to your Membership. You can email us or pop in to make changes. Changes to your Membership can be made at any point, except within two weeks of a Flight Club release. Once we are withing two weeks of a release date, your wines have been ordered and are either at Flight or in route to Flight. One these steps are in motion we cannot make changes or cancel Memberships. Check our website for upcoming release dates before requesting changes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that you might need to cancel your membership at some point. No problem! Cancellations must take place a minimum of two weeks prior to a Flight Club release. The Flight Club dates will be listed on our website. Please email us to cancel your membership.
PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Don’t want to cancel your Membership, but perhaps a brief pause would be helpful? We can do that too! We are happy to pause Memberships for up to 2 wine releases. Email us to chat more about it.
DELIVERY
That's right! You can have your Flight Club order delivered right to your door! Details of this convenient offering are available upon sign up.
WILL IT ONLY BE BOTTLES, OR WILL THERE WILL BE CANS?
Definitely wine bottles, and cans could make an appearance too!
ARE THE BOXES THEMED?
Sometimes! We will work seasonally, and select wines that make the most sense for the time of year.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP FOR ME?
Sure thing! You’ll need to let us know in advance so we know to release your Flight Club wines to someone that’s not you.
I’M OUT OF TOWN, CAN YOU HOLD MY WINE?
We ask that all Flight Club wines are picked up promptly, but if you’re going to be out of town or unable to pick up right away, just send a message to work out the details.
FORGOT TO PICK UP YOUR WINE FOR A WHILE?
Sometimes Members forget to come pick up their wines, it happens! The good news is we will send out plenty of reminders. We will hold paid Flight Club releases for up to 6 months, and unpaid wine releases for 1 month.
CAN I DRINK MY WINE AT FLIGHT?
Want to dive right in? If you pick up your Flight Club wines and want to open something up at the bar you can definitely do that. Your Flight Club member $8 corkage fee will apply.
CAN I SPLIT THE COST WITH SOMEONE?
We can only have one credit card on file per member, so one charge per Flight Club. Thank goodness for Venmo!

If your card is declined we will let you know via email, and greatly appreciate a prompt response with updated credit card information. Please and thank you!
